I'm Mile (雷妙妙). I used to work in product. Now I'm figuring out how to be a solo builder — learning by doing, and trying to share the process along the way.

I'm not a natural writer, but I'm working on it. I believe the messy process is more interesting than the polished result, so I try to build and think in public.

One Mile Lab is my personal site. The name comes from a simple idea: move forward one mile at a time. I keep a garden of notes and ideas here.
